How to use it
- New to it? Start with 1 scoop in 8 to 10 oz of water to see how you handle it.
- Take 1 to 2 scoops 15 to 20 minutes before training.
- Don't take it within 4 hours of bed or with other caffeine.
For healthy adults 18 and older. Alpha Lion's label says not to use it if you're pregnant or nursing, have or suspect a medical condition, or take any prescription or over-the-counter medication. Each scoop has 210 mg of caffeine, about 2 cups of coffee. Don't exceed the recommended serving, and stop 2 weeks before surgery. The label carries a California Prop 65 warning for lead.

Is Burn Extreme the same as SuperHuman Burn?
No. It's a separate limited-edition formula with a different lineup, including MitoBurn, SantEnergy Nu and Sensoril ashwagandha, and 210 mg of caffeine per scoop.
Will it be restocked?
Alpha Lion has ended this limited run, so when our stock is gone it's gone. SuperHuman Burn is the year-round version.
When should I take it?
15 to 20 minutes before training, and not within 4 hours of bed.
