How to use it
- New to it? Start with 1 scoop to see how you handle it.
- The full serving is 2 scoops in 8 to 10 oz of cold water, 15 to 30 minutes before training.
- Don't take more than 2 scoops in 24 hours.
For adults 18 and older. Don't use it if you're pregnant or nursing. Each scoop has 175 mg of caffeine, so don't exceed the recommended serving, and stop 2 weeks before surgery. Stop and call your physician if you notice any adverse symptoms.
