Every flavor gives you 27 g of protein and 120 calories per 30 g scoop, with 2 to 3 g of carbs and 0 g of added sugar, from a blend of cross-flow, ultra-filtered and ion-charged filtered whey isolates. The 5 lb tub holds 75 servings (73 in Cookies and Cream).

Other ingredients: Whey protein isolate blend (cross-flow, ultra-filtered, ion-charged particle-filtered and alpha-lactalbumin-rich isolates), natural and artificial flavors, guar gum, sunflower lecithin, sucralose, acesulfame potassium, plus flavor ingredients: cocoa powder, peanut flour, coconut and strawberry powder, or gluten-free cookie crumbs, depending on the flavor
Every flavor contains milk. Chocolate Peanut Butter also contains peanuts, Cookies and Cream contains soy (from the lecithin in its gluten-free cookie crumbs), and Strawberry contains coconut and FD&C Red #40. Each flavor is made in a facility that handles other allergens, so read the allergen line on your tub.
How to use it
- Mix 1 scoop with about 5 to 8 oz of cold water or low-fat milk.
- Allmax suggests it after training, between meals or first thing in the morning.
