How to use it
- Take 3 tablets twice a day.
- On training days, Beverly suggests 3 tablets 3 times a day.
For adults only. Talk to your physician first if you're pregnant or nursing, take medication or have a medical condition. At the full training-day amount (9 tablets) you'd take about 4.5 g of carnitine compounds a day; NIH notes that around 3 g a day can cause stomach upset and a fishy body odor in some people, so the twice-a-day amount is a sensible place to start.
