Each 4-capsule serving has 1.5 g of D-aspartic acid, 260 mg of MacaPrime maca root extract, 150 mg of HumanoFort oligopeptide, 80 mg of chaste tree berry extract, 30 mg of DIM, 5 mg of pregnenolone, 4.5 mg of NovoMin boron and 700 mcg DFE of folate as 5-MTHF.
