Each 2-capsule serving has 300 mg of maral root extract, 250 mg of Relora (magnolia and phellodendron bark), 250 mg of rhodiola, 150 mg of Sensoril ashwagandha, 100 mg of L-theanine and 100 mg of phosphatidylserine from sunflower.
The label lists no caffeine, and NuEthix says there's no melatonin in it, so it isn't made to knock you out. You take 2 capsules a day, in the evening to wind down or in the morning if you wake up wired, and each bottle has 60 vegetarian capsules, or 30 servings. The label marks it dairy free, gluten free and non-GMO.

The six actives and their amounts are the same on every label version we found. Some labels list the L-theanine as Suntheanine, and the filler line varies a little by printing (some list organic rice bran or silicon dioxide). No caffeine is listed. Dairy free, gluten free, non-GMO and vegetarian, per the label.
How to use it
- Take 2 capsules a day.
- NuEthix says some people take it in the evening as part of winding down, and others take it in the morning if they already wake up wired and stressed.
- Pick one time of day and give it a couple of weeks before switching, as NuEthix suggests.

NIH notes ashwagandha has been well tolerated for up to about 3 months in studies, but its long-term safety isn't known and there are rare reports of liver and thyroid effects. Made in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, wheat and sesame.
