Liberty Ballz is what 'Merica Labz calls loaded testosterone support: a six-ingredient botanical formula built to support vitality, strength, stamina and performance in the gym. A six-capsule serving has 1,800 mg of Anacyclus pyrethrum root extract, 600 mg of fenugreek seed extract (50% saponins), 500 mg of Mucuna pruriens seed extract (50% L-dopa), 400 mg of Spilanthes acmella flower extract, 300 mg of DIM and 250 mg of tongkat ali (Eurycoma longifolia) root extract.
Fenugreek seed extract and tongkat ali are two of the more studied herbs for men's testosterone, and published reviews describe encouraging but still limited results. You take six capsules before your workout on training days and six with a meal on rest days. Each bottle has 180 capsules, 30 servings, and there's no caffeine on the label.
