Stim-Free is the Transparent Labs pre-workout with no caffeine or other stimulants, built for pumps, strength and endurance when you train late in the day, are sensitive to stimulants or are taking a break from caffeine. One scoop has 8,000 mg of citrulline malate, 4,000 mg of beta-alanine, 2,500 mg of BetaPure betaine, 1,300 mg of taurine and 1,000 mg of L-tyrosine, plus elevATP, Senactiv, BioPerine and huperzine A.
It's naturally flavored and sweetened with stevia, 5 calories a scoop, with 150 mg of sodium and 100 mg of potassium. Each tub has 30 servings and carries the Informed Choice logo for banned-substance testing. We carry it in Blue Raspberry and Strawberry Lemonade.

Other ingredients: Natural flavors, stevia extract, silicon dioxide, calcium silicate. Strawberry Lemonade also has citric acid, rebaudioside M (from stevia) and beet root powder for color.
Caffeine free, per the tub. The active ingredients are the same in both flavors.
How to use it
- New to pre-workouts? Start with 1/2 scoop in 6 to 8 oz of cold water to see how you respond.
- Experienced users: mix 1 scoop with 10 to 12 oz of cold water.
- Drink it 20 to 30 minutes before training, ideally on an empty stomach or at least 90 minutes after a meal, on the days you train.
There's no caffeine, but the 4,000 mg of beta-alanine can cause a tingling feeling under the skin for the first 15 to 20 minutes. Transparent Labs says it's harmless and lessens with regular use. Transparent Labs also says its facility processes coconut and peanuts, with an allergen control program between runs.

Common questions
Does Stim-Free have any caffeine?
No. The tub says caffeine free and there are no stimulants on the label, so Transparent Labs says it won't keep you up at night.
Why does it make me tingle?
That's the 4,000 mg of beta-alanine. The tingling usually shows up in the first 15 to 20 minutes, and Transparent Labs says it's harmless and lessens with regular use.
How is it different from Bulk Black and LEAN?
Bulk Black has the same 8,000 mg of citrulline malate, 4,000 mg of beta-alanine and 2,500 mg of betaine plus 325 mg of caffeine. LEAN has 180 mg of caffeine with 6,000 mg of citrulline malate and 2,000 mg of beta-alanine. Stim-Free has no caffeine and adds elevATP.
Is it tested for banned substances?
The tub carries the Informed Choice logo, which means it's regularly tested for banned substances. Transparent Labs also posts third-party test results for it on its website.
