PRE Stim-Free is NutraBio's maximum strength pre-workout with the stimulants taken out, built to support pumps, strength, endurance, focus and hydration without caffeine. Each scoop has 10 g of L-citrulline, NO3-T arginine nitrate and betaine nitrate, 3.2 g of beta-alanine, 2.5 g of betaine and 2 g of taurine, plus a focus matrix with 1.5 g of L-tyrosine, alpha-GPC and choline.

How to use it
- Mix 1 scoop with 10 to 12 oz of water and drink it 20 to 30 minutes before you train.
- NutraBio suggests half a scoop at first to see how you handle it.
- Since it has no stimulants, you can add your own caffeine source if you want one.
Not for anyone under 18 or anyone pregnant or nursing. Talk to a physician before use if you have a medical condition or take any medication, and stop using it two weeks before surgery. Each scoop has 250 mg of velvet bean (Mucuna pruriens) seed extract and 20 mg of vincamine. The beta-alanine can cause a harmless tingling feeling. Made in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, fish and tree nuts, and the label carries a California Prop 65 warning for lead.

Common questions
Does PRE Stim-Free have any caffeine?
No. The label says caffeine free and zero stimulants, and the panel lists no caffeine. NutraBio's web page shows a caffeine warning for this product, but that doesn't match the tub, so go by the label.
Why does my skin tingle after taking it?
That's the beta-alanine, 3.2 g per scoop. Tingling is the only side effect the International Society of Sports Nutrition reports for beta-alanine, and it fades. Half a scoop makes it milder.
How is it different from NutraBio's stim PRE?
NutraBio describes PRE Stim-Free as its original PRE without caffeine or other stimulants. It's meant for night training, people sensitive to stimulants, or stacking with other products.
