Nutristat Pump Script

Nutristat's liquid pump formula, with 23 g of glycerol a capful and no caffeine listed

Pump Script is Nutristat's non-stim pump product, and it's a liquid, not a powder. Nutristat built it around glycerol for muscle fullness and hydration while you train: each 30 g capful lists 23 g of glycerol, 50 mg of S7™ (a blend of green coffee bean, green tea, turmeric, tart cherry, blueberry, broccoli and kale) and 110 mg of sea salt. There's no caffeine on the label.

Glycerol helps your body hold on to the fluid you drink, and a meta-analysis of glycerol studies found it kept more fluid on board than water alone. The label pairs every serving with 12 to 16 oz of liquid and more fluids through the day. Each 32 oz bottle has 30 servings, every flavor is labeled zero sugar, and we carry Refreshing Blue Raspberry, Refreshing Lemonade, Citrus Blood Orange and Refreshing Watermelon.

No caffeine is listed. No allergen statement appears on the label. Made in the USA with global ingredients.

How to use it

  1. Take 1 full cap 45 minutes before training.
  2. Drink it straight and follow it with 12 to 16 oz of water or juice, or mix it into 12 to 16 oz of liquid.
  3. Keep drinking fluids after training and through the rest of the day. The label says that's key to getting the most from the glycerol.

For healthy adults over 18, and the label says to check with a licensed healthcare practitioner before use. Don't use it if you've been diagnosed with, or have a family history of, heart, thyroid or liver disease, cancer, Barrett's esophagus, acid reflux, diabetes, low blood sugar, high or low blood pressure, asthma, or any psychiatric condition including depression or seizure disorder. Don't combine it with other supplements or drugs meant to widen blood vessels, including erectile dysfunction medication, because together they could drop your blood pressure too far. Stop and contact a doctor right away if you get an irregular or rapid heartbeat, chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, tremors, headache or nausea. Tested athletes should confirm it's allowed in their sport.

A good fit if you

  • Want a pump product with no caffeine on the label
  • Want glycerol in a measured liquid dose instead of a powder
  • Don't mind drinking plenty of water around your training

Common questions

Does Pump Script have caffeine?

No caffeine is listed on the label. The 50 mg S7 blend includes green coffee bean and green tea extracts, and the label doesn't give a caffeine amount for it.

How do I take it?

1 full cap (30 g) 45 minutes before training, either straight and followed by 12 to 16 oz of water or juice, or mixed into 12 to 16 oz of liquid. Keep drinking fluids afterward.

Is glycerol banned in sport?

WADA took glycerol off its Prohibited List in 2018. The label still tells competitive athletes and anyone who's tested to confirm with their organization, so check your sport's rules.

Does it have sugar or sweeteners?

Every flavor is labeled zero sugar. Blue Raspberry and Lemonade are also labeled zero sweeteners, and Citrus Blood Orange and Watermelon say no artificial sweeteners, preservatives or flavors.
