Lock & Load is Gorilla Mind's men's formula, sold in 180 liquid capsules (Licaps) for 30 servings. A six-capsule daily serving has 3,500 mg of sunflower lecithin, 1,000 mg of L-lysine, 200 mg of pygeum bark extract, 50 mg of zinc, 150 mg of vitamin E, 100 mcg (4,000 IU) of vitamin D3 and 200 mcg of selenium.
You take it in two halves, three capsules in the morning and three in the evening, each with a meal that has some fat in it. Gorilla Mind posts third-party lab certificates for each of the seven ingredients.

How to use it
- Take 3 capsules with a meal that contains fat in the morning.
- Take another 3 capsules with a meal that contains fat in the evening.
- Don't take more than 6 capsules in 24 hours.
Each serving has 50 mg of zinc, which is above the 40 mg a day upper limit the NIH sets for adults, and 4,000 IU of vitamin D3, so don't add other zinc or vitamin D supplements without talking to your healthcare professional. Gorilla Mind's product page carries a California Prop 65 warning for lead and mercury.

Check the zinc and vitamin D on your multivitamin first. Lock & Load already has 50 mg of zinc and 4,000 IU of vitamin D3 per serving, and Gorilla Mind itself advises against combining it with its multivitamin because of the zinc.
Does Lock & Load contain hormones?
No. It has no hormone ingredients. It's a vitamin, mineral and botanical formula.
