Estro-Cort is what NuEthix calls Advanced Hormonal Support: a capsule for men and women built to support healthy estrogen balance and help you handle the stress of daily life and hard training. Each 2-capsule serving pairs 200 mg of DIM, 150 mg of chrysin and 50 mg of indole-3-carbinol with three herbs NuEthix includes for healthy cortisol levels: 250 mg of ashwagandha, 250 mg of holy basil and 90 mg of rhodiola. It also has 30 mg of zinc, 10 mg of boron and calcium D-glucarate.
NuEthix also says it can support fat loss with a proper diet and exercise, along with healthy testosterone levels and healthy-looking skin. There's no caffeine on the label. You take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening with food, and the 120-capsule bottle has 60 servings.

Earlier bottles with the NuEthix Formulations eye logo list 10.5 mg of calcium, holy basil standardized to 2% ursolic acid and rhodiola standardized to 3% rosavin and 1% salidroside, with the same amounts of everything else; NuEthix's older listing describes a gelatin capsule for those bottles. No caffeine is listed.
How to use it

The label also asks you to talk to a practitioner first if you're postmenopausal, have low estrogen or have PCOS. NuEthix says Estro-Cort can make hormonal birth control less effective, so it advises using only non-hormonal birth control with it and talking with your physician before you start. Each serving has 30 mg of zinc and 10 mg of boron, against NIH adult upper limits of 40 mg and 20 mg a day, so count any multivitamin, ZMA or other hormone formula you take. Made in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, wheat and sesame.
