How to use it
- Take 1 capsule a day with 8 to 12 oz of water.
- Don't take more than 1 capsule a day. Nutricost warns that going over the serving may cause serious adverse effects.

Stop and call a physician right away if you get a rapid heartbeat, dizziness, blurred vision or similar symptoms. Keep out of reach of children.
