Essential Pre-Workout is the all-in-one formula in Raw Nutrition's CBUM line, built for energy, focus, pumps and hydration for lifters at any level. Each scoop has 200 mg of caffeine from green coffee bean extract, 4 g of L-citrulline, 3.2 g of beta-alanine, 2 g of L-tyrosine, 1 g of taurine, 200 mg of Himalayan pink salt and vitamin B12.
Raw's label says every lot is Informed Sport tested for banned substances. Tubs are switching from the blue Bum Essentials label to a white Signature label, and Raw says it's the same product. Each tub has 30 scoops, and we carry Grape, Watermelon Grape, Champion Mentality, Sour AF, Sour Watermelon, Purple Thunder and Raspberry Creamthickle.

How to use it
- Mix 1 scoop with 8 to 12 oz of water and drink it 30 minutes before training.

- Don't combine it with alcohol or other products that contain caffeine.
