Raw Nutrition Pump Non-Stim Pre-Workout
Pump is Raw Nutrition's non-stim pre-workout, built to support nitric oxide production, blood flow and muscle fullness without any caffeine. Raw designed it to work two ways: on its own for late sessions when you don't want stimulants before bed, or stacked with your regular pre-workout for more pump. One scoop has 2.5 g of L-citrulline, 2.5 g of betaine anhydrous, 1 g each of beta-alanine and L-tyrosine, 750 mg each of taurine and Nitrosigine arginine silicate, agmatine sulfate and 150 mg of lion's mane, plus pink salt for sodium.
Raw's label says you can go to 2 scoops based on your training, which doubles every amount. A tub has 40 single scoops (20 double), and we carry Watermelon Grape, Raspberry Lemonade, Sour AF, Watermelon, Strawberry Lemonade and Christopher's Juicy Pumps, Raw's mystery-flavor tub with the same core formula. Raw is moving Pump to a new CORE 02 label and says the product is the same.

Panels differ a little by flavor. Watermelon Grape, Sour AF and Strawberry Lemonade list 750 mg of agmatine per scoop; Raspberry Lemonade, Watermelon and Juicy Pumps list 500 mg. Raw's new CORE 02 tubs are labeled 30 servings with a 6 g pump blend, and we haven't seen that panel yet, so check the label if you get one. Made on shared equipment that also processes milk, soy, egg, wheat, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts and sesame.
For healthy adults 18 and older. It has no caffeine, but don't use it if you're pregnant or nursing, take any prescription or over-the-counter medication, or have or suspect you have a medical condition. Stop and talk to a healthcare professional if you notice any adverse effects. If you stack it with another pre-workout, count the beta-alanine and citrulline in both. Made on shared equipment that also processes milk, soy, egg, wheat, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts and sesame. The label carries a California Prop 65 warning for lead.
No. There are no stimulants on any Pump panel, so you can take it late in the day.
Yes. Raw built it to be stacked or taken alone. Pump has 1 g of beta-alanine per scoop, so count it along with any beta-alanine in your pre-workout.
The label serving is 1 scoop, and Raw says you may go to 2 based on your training. Two scoops give you 5 g of citrulline, 5 g of betaine and 1.5 g of Nitrosigine.
It's Raw's mystery-flavor Pump. The flavor isn't named, and its panel matches the Raspberry Lemonade version, with 500 mg of agmatine and 500 mg of pink salt per scoop.
Raw says it's the same product with a new look, but the new tub is labeled 30 servings instead of 40/20, so check the panel on the tub you buy.
