Galvanize is the pre-workout from Clinical Labs, a supplement company based in Lexington, Kentucky, and the label splits it into three jobs. For strength and power, 3,200 mg of beta-alanine and 2,500 mg of betaine anhydrous. For pump and blood flow, 6,000 mg of L-citrulline, 1,000 mg of agmatine sulfate and 250 mg of L-norvaline. For energy and mood, 200 mg of caffeine with 1,000 mg of L-tyrosine, 500 mg of alpha-GPC (50%), 200 mg of L-theanine, 150 mg of eria jarensis extract, 100 mg of theobromine and 50 mg of synephrine HCl.
Every dose is on the label, and Clinical Labs labels it free of artificial colors and dyes. Each tub has 20 scoops, and we carry Green Apple and Peach Rings.

How to use it
- Mix 1 scoop with water and drink it 30 minutes before you train.
- Count the 200 mg of caffeine toward your daily total, including coffee and energy drinks.
- The beta-alanine can cause a harmless tingling feeling that usually fades in 60 to 90 minutes.
For healthy adults 18 and older. Each scoop has 200 mg of caffeine, and the energy blend also has theobromine, eria jarensis extract and synephrine. Don't use it if you're pregnant or nursing, have a known or suspected medical condition, or take prescription or over-the-counter medications, and talk to a healthcare professional before you start. Don't use it in extreme heat, while dehydrated or during extreme cardiovascular exertion, and stop and see a healthcare professional if you have any adverse reaction. Don't take more than one scoop. Made in a facility that may also process eggs, fish, milk, peanuts, sesame, shellfish, soy, tree nuts and wheat.

Will it make me tingle?
It may. Each scoop has 3,200 mg of beta-alanine, which commonly causes a tingling feeling in the face, neck or hands. NIH describes it as temporary and not harmful.
