How to use it

1. Mix 1 scoop with 8 to 10 oz of water and drink it 15 to 20 minutes before training.
2. Don't take it with other products that contain stimulants.
3. Don't take it within 4 to 6 hours of going to sleep.

For healthy adults 18 and older. Each scoop has 150 mg of caffeine. Don't use it if you're pregnant, nursing or trying to become pregnant, or if you have, have had or have a family history of a medical condition. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional first if you take other supplements or any prescription or over-the-counter medication. Stop 2 weeks before surgery, stop and see a doctor if you have any adverse reaction, and don't go over the suggested use. The label also carries a California Prop 65 warning for lead and mercury.
