Green tea and guarana extracts add 75 mg of caffeine per serving, and each serving also has 50 mg of vitamin B6. How to use it
- Take 4 capsules with 16 oz of water twice a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon.
- Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water a day while you use it.
- Don't take more than the label directs.
For healthy adults 18 and older. Each serving has 75 mg of caffeine, so 150 mg a day at the label's directions, and the label says caffeine isn't advisable if you have heart or blood pressure problems or are pregnant or nursing. Don't combine it with other caffeine from medications, foods or drinks, since too much caffeine can cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness and occasionally a rapid heartbeat. Two servings a day also give you 100 mg of vitamin B6, the adult upper limit NIH lists, so check your other supplements for B6. Keep it out of reach of children, and don't buy it if the seal is broken.
A good fit if you
