DetoxOne is NutraOne's herbal cleanse, built to support normal digestion and regularity, help with occasional bloating and support weight management alongside your diet and training. The core of the formula is cascara sagrada bark, buckthorn bark, senna leaf and aloe (Aloe ferox), which are herbal laxatives, with psyllium husk for fiber. NutraOne rounds it out with milk thistle seed extract (80% silymarin), peppermint leaf, boldo leaf, slippery elm, flaxseed and burdock root.
All 11 herbs share a 1,088 mg proprietary blend per 2-capsule serving, so the label doesn't list each herb's amount. You start with 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening and can move up to 2 and 2 after a week. Bottles with the earlier label list a 1,438 mg blend with the same 11 herbs, with boldo and aloe as powders instead of extracts. Each bottle has 60 capsules.

How to use it

The label also carries a California Proposition 65 warning about lead, and the current capsule contains FD&C Yellow #5.
