Talk to a healthcare professional before use, especially if you have a medical condition or take any prescription or over-the-counter medication. It has 3 mg of melatonin, which can make you drowsy, so take it only when you're ready for bed and don't drive or operate machinery after taking it. Stop and see your healthcare professional if you have any reaction, and don't use it if the safety seal is broken. It carries a California Prop 65 warning for lead. Keep out of reach of children.
3 mg per scoop. Melatonin can make you drowsy, so take it only when you're ready for bed and don't drive or operate machinery afterward.
That's the label's direction: don't use it more than 5 days per week. 'Merica Labz doesn't give a reason on the tub, so we'd follow it as written.
450 mg per scoop, as magnesium aspartate. That's above the 350 mg a day the NIH lists as the upper limit for magnesium from supplements, so stick to 1 scoop and skip other magnesium or ZMA products on the nights you take it.
No. There's no caffeine or other stimulant on the label. It's a bedtime drink.
