Full As F*ck, or FAF, is the pump pre-workout Rich Piana's 5% Nutrition built for people who want full, pumped muscles and zero stimulants. Every scoop has 8,000 mg of pure L-citrulline, 2,000 mg each of taurine, betaine anhydrous and GlycerSize glycerol powder, and 750 mg of Nitrosigine, a bonded arginine silicate. 5% markets it as a nitric oxide booster, and every dose is printed on the label with no proprietary blend.

There's no caffeine, so it works for evening sessions or alongside a stimulant pre-workout. 5% rates it zero on the stim scale printed on its tubs, the opposite end from 5150. Current tubs say Full AF on the front. Each tub has 20 servings; check the flavor menu for what's in stock.

Southern Sweet Tea lists no added colors.

Beach Blast contains tree nuts (coconut). Older tubs labeled Full As F*ck may carry an earlier formula, so go by the panel on the tub you have.

How to use it

  1. Mix 1 scoop with 8 to 12 oz of water.
  2. Drink it about 30 minutes before training.
  3. It has no caffeine, so late-day sessions are fine.

For adults 18 and older. Don't use it if you're pregnant or nursing, and talk to a health care professional first if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or take prescription medications. Made in a facility that may also process milk, egg, soy, shellfish, fish, tree nuts, wheat, peanuts and sesame, and Beach Blast contains coconut. Tubs carry a California Prop 65 warning for lead.

Does FAF have caffeine?

No. It has no caffeine or other stimulants, and 5% rates it zero on the stim scale printed on its tubs.

Can I take it with a stim pre-workout?

It adds no caffeine, and 5% puts it on the same stim scale as its 5150 and Kill It pre-workouts. Follow each product's own label, including any limits on other caffeine.

How much citrulline is in a scoop?

8,000 mg of L-citrulline, not citrulline malate. NIH notes that most citrulline is converted in the body into arginine, which is used to make nitric oxide.

Why does my tub say Full AF?

That's the current label name. Earlier tubs said Full As F*ck, and some carried an earlier formula, so go by the panel on the tub you have.
