Pre Script is Nutristat's high-stim pre-workout, and every ingredient has its own amount on the label. One 27 g scoop lists 6 g of L-citrulline, 5 g of Creapure® creatine monohydrate, 3 g of betaine, 3 g of L-tyrosine, 2 g of taurine, 1 g of choline bitartrate, 2 g of NO3-T® nitrates (1.5 g of leucine nitrate and 500 mg of beet root nitrate), 250 mg of Cognigrape® grape extract and 300 mg of caffeine anhydrous. There's no beta-alanine.

That's a strong dose of caffeine, so it's 1 scoop on training days only, no more than once in 24 hours, with no other caffeine while you're using it. Each tub has 20 servings, and we carry it in Cherry Lime Slushy and Cotton Candy.

How to use it

On training days only, mix 1 scoop with 6 to 8 oz of water or juice and drink it half an hour before training.
Have no more than 1 serving in 24 hours, and skip other caffeine while you're using it.
The label says not to use it daily for more than 8 weeks.

For healthy adults 18 and older. Don't use it if you're pregnant, trying to get pregnant, nursing or sensitive to caffeine, or if you take nitrates for chest pain, erectile dysfunction medication (such as PDE-5 inhibitors) or other nitrate-containing supplements. Check with your physician first if you take any other supplement or any prescription or over-the-counter medication, or if you have a medical condition or a family history of one. Stop using it 2 weeks before surgery.
