'Merica Labz x Panda Supplements First Blood

First Blood is a limited-edition collaboration between 'Merica Labz and Panda Supplements, built for explosive energy, big pumps and sharp focus. Each 27.4 g scoop of Mango Mayhem has 10,000 mg of L-citrulline, 6,400 mg of beta-alanine, 2,500 mg of betaine anhydrous, 2,000 mg of L-tyrosine, 600 mg of alpha-GPC, 254 mg of VasoDrive-AP and 250 mg of pine bark extract.
The energy side is 300 mg of caffeine anhydrous, 150 mg of dicaffeine malate and 100 mg of caffeine citrate, plus 100 mg of bitter orange extract (30% synephrine). The label puts it at 460 mg of active caffeine per scoop, so it's for experienced stim users. Mango Mayhem is a peach mango flavor, it's the First Blood flavor we have left, and each tub has 20 servings.

How to use it
- New to it? Start with 1/2 scoop to check your tolerance.
- Mix 1 scoop with 10 to 14 oz of water and drink it 15 to 30 minutes before your workout.
- Don't take more than 1 scoop in 24 hours.
- Store it in a cool, dry place.
For adults 18 and older. Each scoop contains 460 mg of active caffeine, more than the 400 mg a day FDA cites for most adults. How much caffeine is in First Blood?
The label says 460 mg of active caffeine per scoop, from caffeine anhydrous, dicaffeine malate and caffeine citrate. It also has bitter orange extract standardized to 30% synephrine. Start with half a scoop and never take more than one scoop in 24 hours.
Is First Blood still available?
It's a limited-edition collaboration, and Mango Mayhem is the flavor we still have. Our other First Blood flavors are sold out.
Does it contain dairy?
Yes. VasoDrive-AP comes from hydrolyzed milk casein, and the label says it contains milk.
Does it have creatine?
No. If you take creatine, take it on its own alongside First Blood.
Why does it make me tingle?
Each scoop has 6,400 mg of beta-alanine, which commonly causes tingling in the face, neck and hands. NIH describes it as not harmful, and it typically fades in 60 to 90 minutes.
