This is Nutricost's single-ingredient DHEA: 100 mg of dehydroepiandrosterone in each capsule, with rice flour and a hypromellose capsule and nothing else. DHEA is a hormone your adrenal glands make, and NIH notes the body can convert it into testosterone, androstenedione and estradiol.
The label marks it vegetarian and non-GMO, and it's made and quality tested in the USA. Nutricost also describes it as soy free and gluten free and says it's tested by an independent lab. You take one capsule a day, so this bottle lasts about four months. 100 mg is the strongest DHEA Nutricost makes, and DHEA is a hormone, so read the caution below before you start.

How to use it
- Take 1 capsule a day with 8 to 12 oz of water.
- Don't take more than 1 capsule a day. Nutricost warns that going over the serving may cause serious adverse effects.
- Store it in a cool, dry place.

DHEA is banned in sport: it's on the World Anti-Doping Agency's 2026 Prohibited List, in and out of competition, and the NCAA bans it too, so don't use it if you compete in a tested sport. The label lists possible side effects of acne, hair loss, facial hair growth in women, aggressiveness, irritability and higher estrogen levels. Stop and call a physician right away if you get a rapid heartbeat, dizziness, blurred vision or similar symptoms. Keep out of reach of children.
