Flavored micronized creatine monohydrate with 5 g of PharmaPure creatine in every scoop
NutraBio built Creatine Burst for people who'd rather drink their daily creatine with some flavor than mix plain powder. Each scoop has 5 g of micronized PharmaPure creatine monohydrate, the same amount as NutraBio's unflavored creatine, sweetened with sucralose. It's made to support strength, power and recovery from hard training, and each tub has 60 servings.
NutraBio now sells these tubs as flavored Micronized Creatine Monohydrate, and the flavor names changed: Island Splash is Paradise Punch, Citrus Rush is Lemon Burst and Arctic Blast is Blue Razz. The barcodes and the 5 g dose are the same, so you may get either label. The International Society of Sports Nutrition reports that creatine raises muscle creatine stores, which may explain the improvements in high-intensity exercise performance seen in research.

Other ingredients: Island Splash (Paradise Punch): malic acid, natural flavors, sucralose, beet powder and annatto for color. Citrus Rush (Lemon Burst): citric acid, natural flavors, sucralose, beta carotene and blue spirulina for color. Arctic Blast (Blue Razz): citric acid, natural flavors, sucralose, blue spirulina for color.
Ingredients are from NutraBio's current labels; older Creatine Burst tubs may list slightly different flavoring, so check your tub. Made without gluten, lactose and GMOs, and vegetarian, per the label. Made in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, fish and tree nuts.
How to use it
- Mix 1 scoop into 8 to 16 oz of water or any drink, and drink it within 15 minutes.
- Take 1 scoop a day, any time of day.
- Drink at least 16 to 32 oz of extra water a day while using creatine.
Not for anyone under 18 or anyone pregnant or nursing. Talk to a physician before use if you have a medical condition or take any medication, and stop using it two weeks before surgery.
