NITR-OX is Project AD's Muscle Volumizer: a pump pre-workout with no caffeine or stimulants, built for muscle pumps, blood flow and endurance while you train. Each scoop has 10,000 mg of L-citrulline, 5,000 mg of Glycersize glycerol powder, 1,000 mg of taurine, 175 mg of L-norvaline and 75 mg of AstraGin, plus sodium, potassium and calcium.
Because it's stim free, you can take it on its own for a late session or stack it with your regular pre-workout. Each tub has 20 scoops, and we carry Citrus Berry, Strawberry Bubblegum, Mango Italian Ice and Blue Razz.

Other ingredients: Citric acid, natural flavors and sucralose, plus silicon dioxide and a color ingredient that depends on the flavor, such as beet juice powder (Strawberry Bubblegum) or blue spirulina (Blue Raspberry Freeze).
The 16,250 mg pump blend is the same on every NITR-OX label we've read. Newer black-label tubs add the chloride line and list a slightly lighter scoop, and Project AD is moving to a white PROJECT AD PERFORMANCE tub. No sugar or stimulants, per the label.
How to use it
- Mix 1 scoop with water or your favorite drink before you train.
- Start with one scoop to see how you handle it. Project AD's current directions cap it at 3 scoops in 24 hours, even though some tubs print 6.
- Shake the tub before each use. NITR-OX can get sticky or clump, and that isn't a defect.
For adults 18 and older. Don't take it if you're allergic to or have trouble with any of the ingredients, stop if you notice side effects, and don't exceed the recommended serving. Check with your physician or a health professional before using any supplement. It's a food supplement and isn't meant for weight reduction. Keep out of reach of children.

Why is my NITR-OX clumpy?
It can get sticky or clump in the tub, and that isn't a defect. Shake the tub before each use and break up any clumps. The label also notes it's packed by weight, so some settling is expected.
