Pump Serum is HUGE Supplements' non-stim pre-workout, built for muscle pumps, fullness, focus and training performance without stimulants. A full two-scoop dose has 10,000 mg of L-citrulline, 6,400 mg of beta-alanine, 4,000 mg of HydroPrime glycerol powder, 3,000 mg each of betaine, NO3-T betaine nitrate, L-tyrosine and taurine, and 1,500 mg of agmatine sulfate.
It also has VasoDrive-AP, a peptide ingredient made from milk, and BioPerine black pepper extract, for ten ingredients in all. HUGE calls one scoop a moderate dose and two scoops a full dose, so a tub lasts 20 to 40 workouts. This is the v2 formula, and we carry it in Cherry Blast.

How to use it
- Take 1 scoop for a moderate dose or 2 scoops for a full dose in 10 to 14 oz of water about 30 minutes before you work out.

Avoid alcohol and prescription stimulants while you take it. Stop and see a doctor if you react badly to it, and don't take more than 2 scoops; the label says going over may cause serious side effects. Contains milk, and it's made in a facility that also processes eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, coconut and sesame.

Does Pump Serum have caffeine?
No. It's a non-stim pre-workout with no caffeine or other stimulants.
Should I take 1 scoop or 2?
HUGE calls 1 scoop a moderate dose and 2 scoops a full dose. If you're new to it, the label says to start with 1/2 scoop.
Does it contain dairy?
Yes. VasoDrive-AP is made from milk casein, and the label says Contains: Milk.
Will it make me tingle?
Probably, especially at 2 scoops. It has 3,200 mg of beta-alanine per scoop, and beta-alanine commonly causes a harmless tingling in the face and hands that typically fades within 60 to 90 minutes.
How many servings are in a tub?
