GAT Sport Nitraflex Pre-Workout Chews
Nitraflex Pre-Workout Chews put GAT Sport's Nitraflex pre-workout into a chewable tablet, built for energy, pumps, strength and endurance when you don't want to mix a powder. A serving is 4 chews with 4 g of L-citrulline, 3.2 g of beta-alanine, 2.5 g of betaine anhydrous, 200 mg of caffeine, 100 mg of L-theanine and 100 mcg of huperzine A.
Each serving also has 55 mg of magnesium plus chloride, potassium and sodium, with 10 calories and under 1 g of sugar. A tub holds 120 chews, or 30 servings, and we carry Blue Raspberry and Fruit Punch.

For healthy adults 18 and older. Each 4-chew serving has 200 mg of caffeine, so don't combine it with other caffeine or stimulant products. Don't use it if you're pregnant, nursing or trying to become pregnant, if you don't know your current health status, or if you have a medical condition, including heart, liver, kidney or thyroid problems, a psychiatric or seizure condition, high or low blood pressure, an irregular heartbeat, recurrent headaches, an enlarged prostate or glaucoma. Don't use it if you take any prescription or non-prescription medications, including MAO inhibitors, antidepressants, aspirin or NSAIDs, or if you're prone to overheating or dehydration. Stop at least 2 weeks before surgery, and stop right away if you get a rapid heartbeat, dizziness, a severe headache or shortness of breath. Keep out of reach of children.
200 mg per serving of 4 chews, which works out to 50 mg per chew. Don't take more than 4 chews in 24 hours.
Chew 4 tablets thoroughly with 8 to 10 oz of water about 30 minutes before training. GAT says to stay well hydrated while you use them.
Under 1 g of total and added sugar per serving, with 10 calories. Dextrose is the first of the other ingredients, and the chews are sweetened with sucralose.
It might. Each serving has 3.2 g of beta-alanine, and NIH notes that doses of 800 mg or more can cause a tingling feeling in the face, neck, hands or upper body that usually fades within 60 to 90 minutes and isn't harmful.
