Ghost Whey

A whey protein blend with 25 g of protein a scoop and every whey source listed by the gram

Ghost Whey blends whey protein isolate, whey protein concentrate and hydrolyzed whey isolate, and its full-disclosure label shows exactly how much protein comes from each: 12.5 g from isolate, 10 g from concentrate and 2.5 g from hydrolyzed isolate. That's 25 g of protein in a 35 g scoop, with digestive enzymes (proteases, bromelain and lactase) added.

We have it in Marshmallow Cereal Milk right now, which mixes real cereal marshmallow pieces into the powder. That flavor is 130 calories per scoop with 5 g of carbs and 2 g of added sugar. It uses sunflower lecithin instead of soy and is labeled soy free and gluten free.
