Karbolyn Fuel is EFX Sports' carb powder for training and competition. Each scoop has 50 g of Karbolyn, a carbohydrate made from potato, rice and corn, built to load your muscles with energy before you train, keep you fueled through long sessions and refill glycogen afterward. You mix it into 16 oz of water, and there's no caffeine or other stimulant in it.

This is the big 4.4 lb tub, with 35 to 39 scoops depending on flavor. The flavored tubs are sweetened with sucralose, every flavor is labeled dye free, and Neutral is nothing but Karbolyn. How to use it

  1. Mix 1 scoop with 16 oz of water and drink it 30 minutes before you train.
  2. For hard sessions or events, EFX suggests one serving before, one to sip during and one after.
  3. Neutral is unflavored if you'd rather add it to another drink.
