Ghost Legend is Ghost's pre-workout for energy, focus and pumps. The current V4 formula puts 6,000 mg of L-citrulline, 3,200 mg of beta-alanine, 2,500 mg of betaine and 100 mg of Senactiv on the pump and performance side. Its Smart Energy side adds 300 mg of natural caffeine with 2,000 mg of L-tyrosine, 1,000 mg each of taurine and choline bitartrate, theobromine and AstraGin. Every dose is printed on the label, with no proprietary blends.
Each 21 g scoop is 10 calories with no sugar, and the tub is labeled vegan friendly, gluten free and soy free. We have it in Bubblicious Strawberry Splash and Welch's Grape. Our Welch's Grape stock carries the barcode of Ghost's earlier Legend formula, which has 250 mg of caffeine in a smaller 14 g scoop, so check the panel on that tub.

Vegan friendly, gluten free, soy free and sugar free, according to the V4 tub. The earlier tub holds 14.8 oz (420 g) and the V4 tub 22.2 oz (630 g), so the net weight on the front tells you which one you have.
How to use it
- Mix 1 scoop with 8 to 10 oz of water or another drink before you train.
- New to it? Start with 1/2 scoop to see how you handle it.
- Use it on training days, and don't go over the suggested use.
For healthy adults 18 and older. A V4 scoop has 300 mg of caffeine (250 mg on the earlier Welch's Grape tub), so count it toward your daily caffeine. The tub's full warning, which is only partly visible in Ghost's photos, also covers pregnancy and nursing, sensitivity to caffeine and checking with a healthcare professional, so read it on your tub before you start. The 3,200 mg of beta-alanine can cause a tingling feeling. Ghost's label also carries a California Prop 65 warning for lead.

That's the 3,200 mg of beta-alanine. NIH's Office of Dietary Supplements notes the tingling usually lasts 60 to 90 minutes and isn't a harmful reaction.
