Core Nutritionals SEAR
Core Nutritionals' non-stim thermogenic capsule, with 900 mg of Sinetrol XPur, 500 mg of MitoBurn and 250 mg of Coleus forskohlii a day
SEAR is Core Nutritionals' non-stim thermogenic in capsules, built to support metabolism, thermogenesis and appetite control as part of your diet and training. Core built the formula around how fat cells are used for energy: Sinetrol XPur (grapefruit, orange and blood orange extracts with guarana seed) and MitoBurn (L-BAIBA) for what Core calls white-to-brown fat conversion, plus Coleus forskohlii (20% forskolin) and Paradoxine grains of paradise for lipolysis, the breakdown of stored fat for fuel.
A serving is 3 capsules once a day, so the 84-capsule tub lasts 28 days. There's no caffeine line on the label, but the Sinetrol XPur blend includes guarana seed, a natural source of caffeine, and Core doesn't list an amount. Since it's a capsule, it's easy to take alongside your pre-workout. Core updated the tub in 2025 with the same formula, so you may see either label.

How to use it
- Take 3 capsules once a day with water.
- The earlier label says to take them before exercise.
- Don't take more than one serving a day.
For adults 18 and older. Keep out of reach of children. The 2025 label says to check with your healthcare professional first if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, and the earlier label says not to use it while pregnant or nursing. Talk to your healthcare provider before use if you take any prescription or over-the-counter medication or other supplements, take an MAOI, or have a medical condition. The earlier label also says to stop 2 weeks before surgery and to stop if you have an adverse reaction. The guarana in the Sinetrol XPur blend contains caffeine, so keep that in mind if you're sensitive to it. The label carries a California Prop 65 warning.

Common questions
Does Sear have caffeine?
Core calls it non-stim, and there's no caffeine line on the label. The Sinetrol XPur blend does include guarana seed extract, which naturally contains caffeine, but Core doesn't list an amount.
How do I take it?
Take 3 capsules once a day with water. The earlier label says to take them before exercise.
How long does a tub last?
Each tub has 84 capsules, or 28 servings of 3, so about four weeks at one serving a day.
How is it different from Core Shred?
Sear is a 3-capsule daily serving built around Sinetrol XPur and MitoBurn. Shred is a flavored powder you take twice a day, built around acetyl L-carnitine, CapsiAtra and olive leaf. Both include Coleus forskohlii and grains of paradise.
Which label will I get?
Core updated the tub in 2025. The newer one says Non-Stim Thermogenic on the front and the earlier one says Non-Stimulant Thermogenic and Recomposition Agent. The formula and serving are the same.
