Liquid L-Carnitine 3000 is Core Nutritionals' stimulant-free fat metabolism support. L-carnitine is the nutrient your body uses to carry fatty acids into the mitochondria, where they're used for energy, so Core built this to support fat metabolism and energy production as part of your diet and training. Each 1-tablespoon (15 mL) serving has 3,000 mg of L-carnitine and 10 mg of pantothenic acid (vitamin B5).
There's no caffeine on the label, so you can take it on its own or alongside your pre-workout, which is how Core recommends using it. Core says it has zero sugar and no calories.
