Around the caffeine, Axe & Sledge stacks 2,500 mg of betaine, 1,000 mg each of acetyl-L-carnitine, L-carnitine L-tartrate and L-tyrosine, 250 mg each of MitoBurn (BAIBA) and InnoSlim, and 100 mg of theobromine. How to use it
- Mix 1 scoop with 6 to 8 oz of water and drink it 20 to 30 minutes before you train.
- Don't take other products with stimulants while you're using it.
- Don't take it within 5 to 6 hours of bedtime.
