Each 4-capsule serving has 600 mg of Go-Less (a branded pumpkin seed and soy germ extract), 500 mg of PaCran whole cranberry powder, 500 mg of goldenrod extract and 360 mg of stinging nettle root extract, plus grape seed extract, astragalus, 250 mg of Setria glutathione, AstraGin and BioPerine black pepper extract.
Every ingredient has its own amount on the label except inside the Go-Less blend, and there's no caffeine or other stimulant. You take 4 capsules once a day, with or without food, so the 120-capsule bottle is a 30-day supply.

How to use it
- Take 4 capsules once a day, with or without food.
- Don't take more than the recommended serving.
For healthy adults 18 and older. Don't use it if you're pregnant or nursing. Talk to your healthcare provider before using it, especially if you take any prescription or over-the-counter medication or other supplements, take an MAOI, or have a medical condition; the label lists heart, blood pressure, liver, kidney and thyroid conditions among others. Stop 2 weeks before surgery, and stop and call your healthcare provider if you have any reaction. Contains soy. The label carries a California Prop 65 warning for lead.
