The Daily Health Pack puts Core Nutritionals' daily supplements into one packet, so you don't have to juggle bottles. Each packet holds seven formulas for daily micronutrients plus support for digestion, heart, liver, joints and focus: a two-capsule multivitamin, two greens capsules, a probiotic with digestive enzymes, a fish oil softgel, and one capsule each for heart and liver, joints and brain. You tear one open and take it with water once a day.

Every dose is printed capsule by capsule. Highlights include 225 mg of vitamin C, 50 mcg of vitamin D3 and 120 mcg of vitamin B12, 700 mg of omega-3s (360 mg EPA and 240 mg DHA), 10 billion CFU of probiotics, 350 mg of turmeric extract and 300 mg of alpha-GPC. Each box has 30 packets, a month's supply.

Other ingredients: Capsules: vegetable cellulose, with rice powder or rice flour, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, calcium silicate, silicon dioxide or L-leucine depending on the formula. Softgel: fish oil, glycerin, gelatin, natural tocopherols, purified water.

The omega-3 softgel contains fish (Peruvian anchovies) and gelatin. The brain capsule includes coffee fruit extract, and the label doesn't list a caffeine amount. Made in a U.S. cGMP facility.

How to use it

  1. Take 1 packet with water once a day.
  2. Core says it works best with a meal.
  3. Don't take more than one packet a day.

For healthy adults 18 and older. Don't use it if you're pregnant or nursing. Talk to your healthcare provider before use if you take any prescription or over-the-counter medication or other supplements, or have a medical condition, and stop if you have any adverse reaction. Stop using it 2 weeks before surgery. Contains fish. The label carries a California Prop 65 warning for lead.
