Complete Health V3 is Like A Pro's all-in-one daily formula, formulated by pro bodybuilder and company owner Jeff Long: full-spectrum vitamins and minerals plus ingredients for cardiovascular, liver, kidney and cellular support. A full 8-capsule serving covers 16 vitamins and minerals, most at 100% of the Daily Value, and adds 1,000 mg each of Bergamonte bergamot extract, Arjuna Rejuna and N-acetyl cysteine (NAC), plus 300 mg of pine bark extract, 300 mg of grape seed extract and 200 mg of CoQ10.
Every ingredient is listed with its amount, with no proprietary blend. The jar holds 240 capsules: 30 servings at 4 capsules twice a day, or 60 servings at 2 capsules twice a day.

How to use it
- For 30 servings, take 4 capsules 2 times a day.
- For 60 servings, take 2 capsules 2 times a day. The amounts in the table are for the full 8 capsules, so on this schedule each amount is half.
For healthy adults 18 and older. If you're pregnant or nursing, check with a physician before use. A full serving has 125 mcg of vitamin D3, above the 100 mcg daily upper limit the NIH sets for adults, plus 180 mcg of vitamin K2, so count any other vitamin D you take and talk to your doctor first if you take a blood thinner or other medication.
