Whey isolate is the only protein, and every flavor gives you 24 g of protein and 0 g of sugar at 100 to 110 calories, with 0 to 2 g of carbs and 0 to 1 g of fat. Core prints a typical amino acid profile on the bag: 2,491 mg of leucine and 24,107 mg of total amino acids per scoop.

Other ingredients: Cross-flow microfiltered whey protein isolate, natural flavors (natural and artificial in Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup and Frosted Cinnamon Bun), xanthan gum, sunflower lecithin and sucralose, plus cocoa powder, peanut powder, sea salt, cinnamon or beet root powder for color depending on the flavor.
Every flavor contains milk, and Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup also contains peanuts. Core makes it in a facility that also processes eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy and sesame. The amino acid profile is Core's typical value at the time of testing.
How to use it
- Mix 1 scoop with 6 to 8 oz of water in a shaker cup and shake hard.
