Like A Pro Breaking Barriers

A caffeine-free nootropic built around Cognizin citicoline, IQ200 and Cognatiq to support focus, attention and memory

Breaking Barriers is Like A Pro's focus and nootropic formula, made for people who want mental focus without more caffeine. Every serving has 250 mg of Cognizin citicoline, 500 mg of IQ200 (Polygonum minus leaf), 100 mg of Cognatiq whole coffee fruit extract and 100 mg of pterostilbene, plus vitamin C, B6 and B12, and the label lists no caffeine.

The current V2 bottle (90 capsules, 3 a day) adds 700 mg of lion's mane mushroom extract and 300 mg of enXtra (Alpinia galanga) and doubles AstraGin to 50 mg. The original bottle (60 capsules, 2 a day) has 400 mg of GeniusPure alpha-GPC instead. Both versions share a barcode and both give you 30 servings, so check which one you have. It's formulated by pro bodybuilder and Like A Pro owner Jeff Long, with every amount on the label.
