Ultra Prostate Formula is Life Extension's men's health formula, built to support prostate health and normal urinary function as men get older. Two softgels a day give you 320 mg of saw palmetto CO2 extract, 240 mg of stinging nettle root extract, 200 mg of pumpkin seed oil, 180 mg of beta-sitosterol and 100 mg of pygeum bark extract.
It rounds those out with AprèsFlex boswellia extract, Graminex flower pollen extract, lycopene from Lyc-O-Mato tomato extract, flax lignan and boron, and every amount is on the label. Life Extension says to take it with food to help you absorb the oil-based ingredients. Each bottle has 60 softgels, a 30-day supply, and it's gluten free.
