Transparent Labs Grass-Fed Colostrum
Grass-fed bovine colostrum for immune, gut and recovery support: 20 g a scoop, standardized to 20% IgG
Transparent Labs built this colostrum to support immune resilience, gut health and recovery in people who train hard; colostrum is the first milk cows produce after giving birth, naturally rich in immunoglobulins (IgG). Transparent Labs' version gives you 20 g of grass-fed bovine colostrum per scoop, standardized to contain 20% IgG, with 12 g of protein and 80 calories.
This is the Unflavored tub, with no sweetener: just colostrum plus a little milk protein concentrate and nonfat dry milk. Mix it into cold drinks only, since heat can break down its proteins. Each tub has 30 servings.

How to use it
- Mix 1 level scoop with 6 to 10 oz of cold liquid and shake or stir until dissolved. Don't use hot or boiling liquids.
- Take it once a day. Transparent Labs suggests an empty stomach, first thing in the morning or between meals.
Contains milk, so skip it if you have a milk allergy, and use caution if you're lactose intolerant. If you compete in a tested sport, note that the World Anti-Doping Agency doesn't recommend colostrum because it may contain growth factors on its prohibited list, and this tub carries no sport-testing badge. Check with your healthcare provider before starting a new supplement.
