Revive KSM-66 Ashwagandha
Revive's KSM-66 ashwagandha: 500 mg of organic root extract in one capsule to support a healthy response to stress
Revive Ashwagandha gives you 500 mg of KSM-66, an organic ashwagandha root extract standardized to 5% total withanolides, plus 5 mg of BioPerine black pepper extract, in one vegetarian capsule. Revive built it to support a healthy response to everyday stress, calm and relaxation, and more restful sleep, and labels it for stress and general wellness support. KSM-66 is a branded, root-only extract, and Revive says it's made without alcohol or chemical solvents.
Revive's directions are 1 capsule once or twice a day, and it suggests taking it about 30 minutes before bed or during stressful stretches. Each bottle has 60 capsules, a 60-day supply at one a day. There's no caffeine. NCCIH notes research on some ashwagandha preparations for stress and sleep, and says ashwagandha may be safe for short-term use of up to 3 months.
