Daily Zyme is Nutristat's digestive enzyme formula, built to support normal digestion of the protein, carbs, fats and milk sugar in your meals. Each vegan capsule has 110 mg of BioCore® Optimum Complete, an enzyme blend from Deerland Probiotics and Enzymes, with seven kinds of enzymes: protease for protein, amylase and glucoamylase for starches, lipase for fats, and lactase, invertase and alpha-galactosidase for sugars.
Nutristat designed it to get digestion going in the upper stomach, working alongside your body's own enzymes. You take 1 capsule before a meal, twice a day, so the 60-capsule bottle lasts about a month. The only other ingredients are rice hull and the vegetable capsule. Enzymes are listed in activity units (HUT, DU, ALU and so on), which measure how much each one can break down, rather than by weight.

How to use it
- Take 1 capsule before a meal, twice a day.
- Store the bottle in a cool, dry place after opening.
