1st Phorm Essential Amino Acids (EAA)

1st Phorm's EAA drink: all nine essential amino acids, 1,500 mg of leucine and six minerals in every scoop

1st Phorm calls its EAA a muscle protein synthesis catalyst. It's built to sip before or during training, or between meals when you can't get a good protein source, to support muscle repair and growth, endurance and hydration. Each scoop has 6.5 g of essential amino acids, all nine of them, led by 1,500 mg of leucine, 750 mg each of isoleucine and valine, and 1,200 mg of lysine.

It also has 45 mg of vitamin C and six minerals: sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium. It's sweetened with sucralose, and current labels list no caffeine. Some Berry Blast and Lemon Drop tubs list 61 to 62 mg of natural caffeine from coffee bean, so check your tub. Each tub has about 60 servings, and we carry Berry Blast, Blood Orange, Lemon Drop and Pineapple Orange Banana.
