Bucked Up BAMF
BAMF is Bucked Up's high-stimulant nootropic pre-workout, built for energy, focus, pump and endurance, and the front of the tub says "Warning High-Stimulant." Every scoop has 333 mg of caffeine, 6,000 mg of citrulline malate and 3,200 mg of beta-alanine. What sets it apart are the focus ingredients Bucked Up builds around: 63 mg of Dynamine (methylliberine), 50 mcg of huperzine A and, on current tubs, 125 mg of Cognizin citicoline.
Every dose is on the label, and each tub has 30 servings. Some candy flavors on our shelves may be earlier tubs that list AlphaSize alpha GPC and ActiGin in place of Cognizin and Senactiv; the caffeine, citrulline and beta-alanine are the same on both. For adults 18 and older. Each scoop has 333 mg of caffeine. Talk to your physician before use if you're pregnant or nursing, take medications or are being treated for a medical condition, and stop if you have any adverse reaction. BAMF contains deer antler velvet, which USADA says can contain IGF-1, a substance banned in tested sport, so it isn't for tested athletes.
333 mg of caffeine anhydrous per scoop, plus 63 mg of Dynamine (methylliberine). The label limits you to one serving in 24 hours and says not to have caffeine from other sources while you're using it.
Both have 333 mg of caffeine and 6,000 mg of citrulline malate. Bucked Up builds BAMF around Dynamine and huperzine A for focus, while Woke AF uses synephrine and dendrobium for extra stimulant drive.
Bucked Up updated the formula. Current tubs list 125 mg of Cognizin citicoline and 25 mg of Senactiv; earlier tubs list 200 mg of AlphaSize alpha GPC and 25 mg of ActiGin. The caffeine, citrulline malate and beta-alanine doses are the same on both.
Each scoop has 3,200 mg of beta-alanine, which commonly causes a harmless tingling feeling that usually fades in 60 to 90 minutes. Half a scoop gives you less of it.
