This is Nutricost's PQQ (pyrroloquinoline quinone): 20 mg in a single capsule, taken once a day, with 30 capsules in the bottle for a month's supply. Nutricost files it with its cognitive health products, and the only other ingredients are rice flour and the plant-based capsule.
PQQ works with enzymes your cells use in their mitochondria, where they make energy (Yan et al., 2024). In a 12-week placebo-controlled study, adults aged 20 to 65 who took 20 mg a day of PQQ disodium salt showed gains on memory tests (Tamakoshi et al., 2023). A PQQ maker ran that study, and Nutricost's label doesn't say which form of PQQ it uses.
