Liver Support is NutraBio's advanced liver care formula, built for active people who want to support normal liver function as part of their daily routine. It's built on three ingredients: 600 mg of N-acetyl cysteine (NAC), 510 mg of TUDCA (giving 500 mg of tauroursodeoxycholic acid, a naturally occurring bile acid) and 500 mg of milk thistle seed extract standardized to 80% silymarin. Three capsules make one serving, and the bottle holds 90, a 30-day supply.
NutraBio has since replaced Liver Support with a newer formula simply called Liver, so you may see either bottle. Liver keeps the 600 mg of NAC, uses 525 mg of milk thistle and 255 mg of TUDCA, and adds Bilear artichoke leaf extract, glutathione, TocoGaia tocotrienols, vitamin E and BioPerine. Both are made in NutraBio's GMP facility in New Jersey, and the only other ingredient is the vegetable capsule.

How to use it
- Take 3 capsules once a day.
- Both versions use the same 3-capsule serving and last 30 days.
Not for anyone under 18 or anyone pregnant or nursing. Talk to a physician before use if you have a medical condition or take any medication, and stop using it two weeks before surgery. NCCIH notes milk thistle can cause allergic reactions in people allergic to related plants such as ragweed, chrysanthemum, marigold and daisy.

Common questions
Is Liver Support the same as NutraBio Liver?
No. Liver Support is NutraBio's earlier formula with NAC, 500 mg of TUDCA and milk thistle. NutraBio replaced it in 2025 with Liver, which has less TUDCA and adds artichoke extract, glutathione, tocotrienols and BioPerine. The bottle front tells you which one you have.
How do I take it?
Take 3 capsules once a day. A bottle has 90 capsules, which is 30 servings.
What is TUDCA?
TUDCA (tauroursodeoxycholic acid) is a naturally occurring bile acid. NutraBio lists it as 510 mg of TUDCA tested to give 500 mg of tauroursodeoxycholic acid per serving.
What else is in the capsules?
Only the vegetable capsule itself, made from hypromellose and water. There are no flavors, sweeteners or stimulants.
