The peptides come from food protein, and NutraBio describes the formula as non-hormonal and stimulant-free. Both main ingredients match amounts used in research: in a small 2021 study, 2 g of dileucine raised muscle protein synthesis in young men while 2 g of plain leucine did not, and PeptiStrong was tested at 2.4 g a day for strength recovery in a 30-man trial funded by its maker.
