Revive Omega 3
Revive's daily fish oil: 2 g of anchovy oil in two softgels, rich in EPA and DHA, to support heart, brain and eye health
Revive Omega 3 is Revive MD's everyday fish oil, built to support cardiovascular, brain and eye health, with joint comfort on Revive's list too. Each 2-softgel serving has 2 g of fish oil from anchovy. Current bottles list 800 mg of EPA and 600 mg of DHA, the two omega-3s you get mainly from fish. Revive includes EPA for heart support and DHA because it's concentrated in the brain and the retina of the eye.
There are two label versions on shelves. Earlier bottles, in Revive's previous label design, list 720 mg of EPA, 540 mg of DHA and 120 mg of other omega-3s, with citrus oil in the softgel. Current bottles use an enteric-coated softgel, which Revive says supports comfortable digestion. Both carry the Informed Sport mark, and each bottle has 120 softgels, a 60-day supply.

How to use it
- Take 2 softgels a day with a meal.
- Revive suggests your largest meal, or one with some fat, for best absorption.
- Take it every day.
Contains fish (anchovy). The current label says it's made on shared equipment that also processes milk, soy, egg, wheat, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts and sesame. NIH notes high doses of omega-3s may cause bleeding problems with warfarin or other blood thinners, so talk with your doctor first if you take one, have a medical condition, or are pregnant or nursing. Revive's product page carries a California Prop 65 warning for lead.
A good fit if you
- Don't eat fish often and want EPA and DHA every day
- Want omega-3 support for your heart, brain and eyes
