Amy, a Sullivan University graduate and former duathlete, brings her expertise in the latest health trends to ensure customers have access to the best solutions. Sean, a former collegiate soccer player and Ironman competitor, combines his athletic experience with a commitment to helping customers reach their goals.

My health and wellness journey spans various areas of fitness. I started my journey doing CrossFit, then pursued powerlifting for around 3 years. Now that I am not powerlifting or participating in competitive sports, I see myself as the definition of someone that maintains a healthy lifestyle to live a longer, healthier life. This includes incorporating cardiovascular exercises like walking, rock climbing, and cycling; while continuing to engage in weightlifting.
I love working at Next Level because it is inspiring to be part of a supportive company that values its community and promotes living a healthy lifestyle. I have been into health and fitness for about 6 years now. I was never athletic or ate healthy. But one day I decided to make a change from playing video games 16 hours a day and eating entire pizzas to meal prepping and working out. I started with calisthenics and some IIFYM dieting and eventually transitioned into the gym. I fell in love with the process. It’s incredibly rewarding seeing all the work you put in to reality and ever since the beginning I’ve been hooked and continue learning.
I absolutely love working at Next Level because we’re truly here to help people. Starting the way I did in my journey, I WISH there was someone I could ask questions but I had to just figure it out myself and that took YEARS. I want people to come in with questions and to learn how to better themselves and implement that knowledge into their daily lives so they can flourish. My fitness journey began playing football in high school. After high school I found an interest in bodybuilding, and that became a big focus for me. My first show was in 2020 and I competed again in October 2024. My passion for bodybuilding and health and wellness extends to my job at Next Level. I am currently pursuing my graduate degree in nutrition and dietetics. About everything I do is fueled with a passion in health and wellness.
